I'm no AFRICAN American!
Damn! I gotta be negative on the first day of 2010. The newly released video below sparked this post.
I’ve NEVER self-identified as African American. Black, Negro or American will do just fine. It is my choice to select a social constructed label that I willingly wish to self-identify. Yes, certainly, it is my prerogative! This clip reinforces the essence of my decision. It is the same reason I identify as Humanist and do not identify as theist. Answer: Too many of us are blind conformist afraid to question or think critically. These folks are our terrorist who act in the name of blind conformism. Is this you?
The video states Uganda is preparing to have a mass burning of Rick Warren’s books because they say Rick was forced to flip flop due to gay bloggers.
